The OCF, representing the United Legal Profession, reaffirms its commitment to a Yes vote in the confirmatory referendum. "The separation of careers," states OCF Coordinator Fedele Moretti, "fulfills the Constitution's provisions and is a reform that guarantees citizens the right to a third-party, stronger judge, equally distant from both the prosecution and the defense. The reform eliminates the conditions that have allowed for the degeneration of factions within the judiciary.
